We will endeavour to despatch your order immediately although delivery times for some products can vary. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date. If you need an item urgently, we recommend that you call us on 01524 841087 or if during working hours use our live chat service where you will be connected directly to one of our team.
Who will deliver my order?
Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD to deliver most items but for larger orders we may use the Pallet Network. We will occasionally use a different courier where needed but these couriers will call and book delivery direct with you.

What Guarantee do I get with Aquarius products?
What Guarantee do I get with Aquarius products?
Many of our items come with a full lifetime guarantee. This will cover the product itself but not consumable parts such as a tap cartridge or a bath screen seal for example, these parts are designed to be renewed every few years but the cost to do this is minimal and considered good maintenance practice. Details of the guarantee for each item are listed on each product.

Our products are manufactured in a number of factories both here in the UK, across mainland Europe as well as some further afield. Each of our products has been carefully selected to meet our rigorous standards in order to be selected as part of the Aquarius brand. Many of our items are certified to meet standards such as WRAS approval, these are listed on a per product basis. We are however confident that the products we supply are amongst some of the best in the industry.
Do the colours of the brassware match other brands?
Do the colours of the brassware match other brands?
This is a common question we are asked. Our Chrome and Black taps match all the other major manufacturers like for like. Colours such as Brushed Brass are often much more specific to each brand, however our team are experienced in being able to answer this on a per product basis. We know for example that our brassware will match Crosswaters Brushed Brass finish.
