3. Prices and Payment
· The Price of the Goods is set out on the Website and on the confirmation of order. The price is in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and includes all taxes or other duties due, including Value Added Tax.
· Pricing Errors: In the event that there is a misprint or pricing error on the website then UK Bathroom Store will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
4. Delivery Charges
· Delivery to UK mainland addresses is calculated based on the postcode, weight and type of item being shipped. As a general guide here is an example of delivery pricing :
Small Items :- £ 7.95
Medium Items :- £14.95
Large / Fragile Items :- £ 34.95 (this will be higher for Highlands, Islands and certain remote postcodes but will be clearly shown in the checkout)
Only one delivery charge is payable per order and that will be the cost to ship the largest item in the order.
Once you have selected the required items into your basket you can obtain an accurate quote by entering your postcode in the shopping cart calculator.
· Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.
· Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses may be possible but will incur additional costs but these are displayed in the quote. If your postcode, area or country is not listed or not able to be quoted then please ring for advice and shipping prices.
5. Delivery Schedule
· We will endeavor to despatch your order immediately although delivery times for some products can vary, estimates are shown next to each product but this should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date.
· Goods can only be delivered to the customer’s address (they cannot be left with a neighbour) and must be checked and signed for. If the delivery is to a communal building like a block of flats, please note that the driver may require help unloading. The Carrier may also ask to see identification before leaving the goods, (to protect us from Credit Card fraud).
We recommend that all goods are checked within 48 hours of delivery to ensure that we have adequate time to replace anything that is not satisfactory or correct any shortages. You have 30 days to inspect the goods for any faults or damage, after this period we can only replace goods and not offer a full refund.
· We strongly recommend you do not book any installers or Tradesmen until the goods have been received and checked for damage or shortages.
· Standard Pallet Delivery is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer.
6. Cancellation of an Order
· Orders can be cancelled by emailing admin@ukbathroomstore.co.uk or telephone us on 01524 841087. We will respond to your request by email and confirm that your order has been cancelled or has already been despatched. If you do not receive an email from us, then your order has not been cancelled.
· Orders that are cancelled after despatch by us are subject to any return collection charges incurred.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
· Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, if you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to inform us after receipt of the goods, you are liable for the cost of the return. The cost of the original standard postage will be refunded but not any upgraded services opted for such as Next Day.
We extend our returns policy to 365 days, but items being returned after the initial 14 days must be returned to us in perfect resaleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. It must not have been attempted to be fitted.
In either case you will need to fill in a Returns form which you can request by e-mail at admin@ukbathroomstore.co.uk our customer service team.
· They should be well packed and adequate insurance taken with your chosen courier, they should be returned with your original invoice to:-

The items must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.
Your goods must be checked for damage or shortage within 30 days of delivery, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
Once the item has been fitted or installed or attempted to be fitted or installed it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty" unless the fault is such that it could not have been seen before installation.
8. Extent of Liability
· We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
· We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this Website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this Website.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
· The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

· All card transactions on this site are handled through Shopify Pay and Paypal, these are third party specialist processing companies that utilise 128bit SSL encryption.

Information we gather from you is never divulged to any third parties, unless as a requirement of fulfilling your order. We may use your details to advise you of special offers or major changes at Aquarius Bathrooms.

13. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

After placing an order with us you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we dispatch your items.
13.2
The Contract will relate only to those Products we dispatch to you. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until those Products become available to us for dispatch.
